The ABC's of Vitamins - Activities

Now that you have become an expert on vitamins let's try some activities. We have created a few printable documents that you might want. The first is a summary of the vitamin and food groups. The second document is a vitamin match game. See if you can match the foods to the vitamins they contain.

Vitamins can be mysterious, but they are real molecular structures that you can see in the images below. Each image is shows a computer model of structure of the vitamin. For those that want to explore further, click on the image to obtain the protein date bank file (PDB) that can be viewed using an interactive plug-in for your browser.
