The real, unmodified McCoy! How many of us see honey as the bees produce it? Eat the whole thing—wax and all! A bit of biology in every bite.
1-2 racks of honey in the comb [obtain from a local bee-keeper]
Place honey on a serving tray. Cut honey out of the rack and cut honey into 1/2 X 1/2 inch squares. Place toothpicks in pieces and allow guests to pick their own treats.
