Honey in the Comb

The real, unmodified McCoy!  How many of us see honey as the bees produce it?  Eat the whole thing—wax and all!  A bit of biology in every bite.

1-2 racks of honey in the comb [obtain from a local bee-keeper]

toothpicks

serving tray

napkins

Place honey on a serving tray.  Cut honey out of the rack and cut honey into 1/2 X 1/2 inch squares.  Place toothpicks in pieces and allow guests to pick their own treats.
