EcoChains: Coral Futures

Build your coral reef ecosystem

Coral reefs are home to an amazing number of marine plant and animal species. But today, they are in danger because of climate change and human activity.

In EcoChains: Coral Futures, your goal is to build and keep a reef ecosystem healthy while facing these real-world environmental challenges.

Roll your virtual dice and strategically choose and place cards to build a food chain of organisms. These might include an algae base, grazers, scavengers, and large predators such as sharks at the top.

Manage your reef's plants and animals, respond to threats, and make conservation choices. Fulfill important ecosystem services to help the community and the environment, and try to become a Reef Champion!
