Introduction
You are a marine biologist working with a team to identify the fish and plankton living in the ocean around the Bermuda Islands. After a long afternoon on your boat, you return to your lab with new samples collected from different locations around the island.
Eager to see what's in your sample bottles, you carefully prepare your slides and begin to review them under the microscope.
As the first little organisms come into focus through the microscope, you're excited to see many kinds of plankton you've never seen before!
You reach for your species identification keys, and begin carefully observing the features to figure out what species they are.
Your goal is to identify 5 plankton species as quickly and accurately as possible.
