Somewhere in a classified underground location a meeting takes place between Her Majesty The Queen and the Chief of the British Secret Service MI6 division. It is a brief, but important discussion that will impact the future of one special insect. Winning the Ugly Bug Contest is crucial step in becoming an agent with a "00" status, which is considered the secret service's most elite.
